Gold, silver prices decline after seven-day rally

In the international bullion market, gold fell by $35 per ounce to $4,380. Following the decline, the price of gold in Pakistan’s local markets dropped by Rs3,500 per tola to Rs460,436.

KARACHI (Web Desk) – The seven-day upward trend in gold and silver prices in global and local markets came to an end on Thursday, with prices of the precious metals declining.

In the international bullion market, gold fell by $35 per ounce to $4,380. Following the decline, the price of gold in Pakistan’s local markets dropped by Rs3,500 per tola to Rs460,436.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs3,001 to Rs394,749.

Silver prices also declined in the international market, with the price falling by $1.75 per ounce to $64.57.

In the local market, the price of silver fell by Rs175 per tola to Rs6,936, while the price of 10 grams declined by Rs150 to Rs5,946.
