ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - President Asif Ali Zardari has approved five summaries and bills, including three legislative amendments and the conferment of a civil award.
The approved legislation includes the Export-Import Bank of Pakistan Amendment Bill 2026, the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Amendment Bill 2026 and the Federal Board of Revenue Amendment Bill 2026.
President Zardari also approved the conferment of a Pakistan Civil Award on Syed Ali Mahmood.
In addition, the president approved ratification of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Convention on Cooperation in the Enforcement of Anti-Corruption Laws among member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
