KARACHI (Dunya News) - A local court on Tuesday remanded suspected drug trafficker Anmol, widely known as Pinky, to police custody for three days to allow for further interrogation into multiple outstanding cases.
Amid tight security, police personnel escorted the suspect to the Judicial Complex at Central Jail Karachi, where she was produced before a judicial magistrate.
The police presented the suspect before the magistrate to secure physical remand in connection with eight separate cases registered against her at the Darakhshan and Gizri police stations.
According to investigative sources, the law enforcement agency requested the three-day custody to conduct deeper interrogations, trace supply chains, and gather additional evidence regarding her alleged involvement in narcotics distribution networks across the city.
