LAHORE (Web Desk) - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif held a meeting with the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Pakistan, Alisher Tukhtaev, to review and discuss matters of mutual interest and bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, both leaders engaged in detailed discussions covering various aspects of the bilateral relations between Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
The PML-N President emphasized the deep-rooted connections between the two nations, highlighting that the relationship is built on strong foundations.
"Pakistan and Uzbekistan share historic, religious, and cultural ties, which provide a solid foundation to further strengthen and consolidate our bilateral relations," Nawaz Sharif stated during the conversation.
Ambassador Alisher Tukhtaev reiterated Uzbekistan's commitment to maintaining and valuing its friendly relations with Pakistan.
He expressed a strong desire to further expand mutual cooperation across various sectors, aiming to elevate the strategic partnership to new heights.
