ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Aleema Khanum, sister of incarcerated PTI founder, on Tuesday expressed concern over Imran Khan’s health and demanded his transfer to Shifa International Hospital in the presence of his family.
Aleema Khan said that if one eye of the PTI founder has been affected, the other eye could also be at risk. She added that the PTI founder told Salman Safdar that his eye showed improvement after the first injection, but further injections are not helping.
She further stated that the PTI founder told Salman Safdar that he can no longer see even the people sitting close to him. She said that Imran Khan’s health condition is deteriorating day by day.
On the other hand, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Special Assistant for Information, Shafi Jan, said that transferring Imran Khan to a hospital in the darkness of night is a violation of the jail manual, adding that the PTI founder should be moved to Shifa International Hospital.
