LORALAI (Dunya News) - Police in Loralai successfully foiled a terrorism plot and recovered a large cache of explosives during an intelligence-based operation.
Addressing a press conference, DIG Loralai Range Junaid Ahmed Sheikh and SSP Dr Fahad Ahmed said the operation was conducted in the Podi Tak mountain area following a tip-off.
They stated that the recovered material included 10 kilograms of TNT, 8 kilograms of black explosive, four improvised explosive devices (two small and two large), 11 detonators, and six meters of safety fuse.
Additional مواد included 165 SMG rounds, one kilogram of ball bearings, and 11 meters of detonation cord.
DIG Junaid Ahmed Sheikh emphasized that police will continue to play a frontline role in combating terrorism.
