KAMALIA (Dunya News) - A suspected drug dealer was killed in an alleged encounter with the Crime Control Department (CCD) in Kamalia.
According to CCD in-charge Salman Shahid, the incident occurred near the suburban area of Chh Mor, where the suspect identified as Basit was being taken for identification of his accomplices.
He stated that during the process, the suspect’s associates opened fire, and Basit was fatally shot by bullets, while the attackers managed to escape.
CCD officials further said the suspect had a criminal record and was wanted in multiple cases by various police stations.
