Woman dies after falling from Akbar Chowk flyover in Lahore

A 58-year-old woman, Najma, died after falling from Akbar Chowk flyover in Lahore when her dupatta reportedly got caught in a motorcycle wheel.

LAHORE (Web Desk) - A woman died after falling from the Akbar Chowk flyover on College Road in Lahore, rescue officials confirmed.

According to details, Rescue 1122 received an emergency call reporting that a woman had fallen from the flyover. Emergency vehicles reached the scene immediately.

Rescue authorities stated that the woman was riding on the back of a moving motorcycle driven by her son when she fell from the flyover.

Eyewitnesses reported that her dupatta became entangled in the motorcycle wheel, leading to the tragic accident.

The deceased was identified as 58-year-old Najma, wife of Akram. Her body is being shifted to the hospital.
