Saudi Arabia will start issuing Hajj 2026 visas on February 8. Authorities say early planning will improve arrangements, with pilgrim services finalized and 750,000 registrations completed.

RIYADH (Web Desk) - Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that the issuance of Hajj visas for 2026 will begin on February 8.

The process is being launched earlier than usual to ensure timely completion of preparations and improved facilities for pilgrims.

The ministry stated that all service-related agreements for international pilgrims have been finalized.

Accommodation contracts in Makkah have also been completed through the Nusuk platform to ensure smooth and organized arrangements.

Officials confirmed that registrations of 750,000 pilgrims have already been completed, while 30,000 pilgrims have directly booked Hajj packages from their home countries.

The ministry added that the early start of visa issuance reflects advance planning for Hajj 2026, aimed at strengthening organization and enhancing the quality of services for pilgrims arriving from around the world.
