LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistani athlete Rashid Naseem has made history by becoming the first individual in Pakistan to set 150 Guinness World Records, according to official Guinness World Records data and website.
Rashid broke the world record previously held by England’s Josh Leaya, performing 333 punches holding a 1-kg weight and surpassing it with 340 full extension punches on target in one minute.
Guinness World Records has also approved two more of Rashid’s records.
One of his unique records involved throwing an egg in the air, cracking a walnut, and catching the egg without breaking it.
He successfully broke 80 walnuts in one minute, beating the German master’s record of 72.
In another category, Rashid set a new record by tossing a non-chocolate ball in the air and catching it with the other hand, achieving this 36 times, surpassing the target of 18 set by Guinness World Records.
