LAHORE (Dunya News) - The motorway has been closed from various points due to dense fog.
According to Motorway Police spokesperson, the M-2 Motorway has been closed from Lahore to Islamabad, the M-3 Motorway from Faizpur to Rajana, and the M-4 Motorway from Gojra to Multan owing to foggy conditions.
He further said that the M-5 Motorway has also been closed from Multan to Zahir Pir due to fog.
The closures, he added, are aimed at ensuring the safety of lives and property of the public.

The spokesperson said that fog has also affected several stretches of the National Highway, including Manga Mandi, Pattoki, Okara, and Sahiwal, while Kasowal, Iqbal Nagar, Chichawatni, and Mian Channu are also under foggy conditions.
The spokesperson added that Khanewal, Multan, Basti Malook, Lodhran, and Bahawalpur are experiencing dense fog, while Ahmedpur East, Rahim Yar Khan, and Sadiqabad are also enveloped in fog.
