ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Three judges from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been transferred to Islamabad Judicial Service for a three-year deputation.
The Registrar of Islamabad High Court, Mohammad Yaar Walana, has issued separate notifications in this regard.
According to the notifications, Additional District and Sessions Judge Asmatullah has been appointed to the East Session Division of Islamabad.
Meanwhile, Additional District and Sessions Judge Hasina Saqlain has been assigned to the West Session Division of Islamabad. Civil Judge Maryam Shehrayar has also been appointed to the West Session Division.
IHC Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar confirmed that the three judges would take on their new responsibilities at the Islamabad district courts.
