RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The scheduled hearing of the Toshakhana-II case against PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, set to take place in Adiala Jail on Monday (today), has been cancelled.
The court staff of the Special Judge Central Islamabad has informed the prosecution and the defense lawyers that the hearing of the Toshakhana-II case will not take place at Adiala Jail today.
The staff further stated that a new date for the hearing will be announced from the Judicial Complex in Islamabad today (Monday). So far, statements of 11 out of 24 witnesses have been recorded, and cross-examination has been completed.
