No casualties reported as earthquake tremors felt across KP

Panic grips residents, with people rushing out of their homes

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Earthquake tremors were felt in Peshawar, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, along with various other parts of the country.

According to the seismological center, the epicenter of the earthquake was in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan, with a depth of 110 kilometers.

Tremors were clearly felt in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s districts of Swabi, Swat, and Malakand, as well as in Gahkuch city and surrounding areas of Ghizer in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Panic spread among residents, and people rushed out of their homes.

So far, no reports of loss of life or property damage have been received. Local administration and rescue agencies are monitoring the situation and are prepared to deal with any emergency.
