ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Awami National Party (ANP) issued a joint declaration following an All Parties Conference (APC) it hosted.
PML-N Senator Irfan Siddiqui, Federal Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, and PPP’s Nayyar Bukhari did not sign the APC declaration.
Irfan Siddiqui stated, “These are your demands and your stance, not ours.” The three leaders walked out of the meeting while the declaration was being read.
The declaration strongly condemned all forms of terrorism, extremism, and lawlessness, emphasizing the need for comprehensive measures to eradicate them.
According to the conference declaration, immediate steps should be taken to dismantle illegal armed groups, ensure the protection of people’s lives and property, and fully implement the 18th Constitutional Amendment in its true spirit.

It also urged avoiding Pakistan’s involvement in foreign wars and declaring the flood-affected districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as disaster zones with the announcement of a relief package.
