RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) approved the physical remand of former senator and PTI leader Azam Swati for seven days on Thursday.
The court granted remand in a case related to riots and arson.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah heard the case where police officials requested an extension of Swati’s remand to continue their investigation. Swati suggested that rather than granting one or two days at a time, a seven-day physical remand be given to expedite the proceedings.
