(Web Desk) – Pakistan pacer Shaheen Afridi improved three places to jump to fourth spot in latest ICC ODI bowlers rankings issued on Wednesday.
The left-arm pacer made giant leap after his impressive bowling performance in first ODI match against Australia in Melbourne.
He removed opener Matthew Short and Josh Inglish to claim two wickets in the hard-fought match, which was won by the hosts. Australian bowler Mitchell Starc also jumped four sports to 14th in the rankings.
There is no change in top 10 batsmen list of ODI rankings with Babar Azam standing at the top with 822 points followed by Rohit Sharma with 765 points.

And Brandon McMullen is the big winner on the updated list for ODI all-rounders, with the Scotland dasher gaining three spots in this category to move to sixth.
Pakistan’s Mohammad Rizwan, Salman Agha, and Babar Azam improved Test Batting Rankings but all of them are out of Top 10.
India keeper Rishabh Pant and New Zealand veteran Daryl Mitchell have been rewarded for strong performances during the recent third Test by making gains on the latest ICC Men's Test Batter Rankings that has caused a major shake-up inside the top 10.
New Zealand clinched a narrow 25-run victory in Mumbai to claim a 3-0 series whitewash over India, with Pant and Mitchell the main beneficiaries in an ever-changing landscape within the top 10 list for Test batters.
