IHC set to hear Imran Khan's bail plea in Toshakhana-II case

IHC removes registrar's objections to bail petition of Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court has fixed the bail petition of former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the ToshaKhana-II case for hearing on Monday.

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked that the registrar office raised objections to the bail petition of Imran Khan.

The petitioner’s lawyer said the same case was faced by Bushra Bibi and she has been bailed out.

On this, IHC removed the objections raised by registrar and fixed the petition for hearing.

It was added that the copy of trial court’s order be submitted in the relevant office.

It was also directed that the registrar assign a number to the bail petition and fix it for hearing on Monday.
