RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The Lahore High Court's Rawalpindi bench has declared holidays from October 14 to 16 due to the two-day Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit taking place in Islamabad.
Deputy Registrar Muhammad Irfan issued a notification regarding the holidays.
According to the notification, the civil and sessions courts in Rawalpindi would remain closed for three days, and a copy of the notification has been sent to the Advocate General of Punjab.
Additionally, it has been decided to close Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) offices in Islamabad for three days during this period.
The circular stated that PIA offices in Islamabad would be closed from October 14 to 16, and access for the general public to the Red Zone of the federal capital has also been prohibited from Saturday.
