ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) on Sunday constituted a five-member committee for holding talks with the Jamiat-Ulema-i-Islam (JUI-F).
According to the sources, committee will be led by PTI chief Barrister Gohar. Besides, party spokesperson Raoof Hassan, Opposition leader in National Assembly Omar Ayub Khan, Opposition leader in Senate Shibli Faraz and former NA speaker Asad Qaiser would also comprise the committee.
The decision has been taken after the JUI-F leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman had earlier told the media that the PTI had not yet announced the names of committee aimed at holding dialogue with the JUI-F in order to form a broader opposition alliance against the government.
