ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Tuesday forecast mainly hot and dry weather for most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
Very hot weather would prevail in central and southern parts, while rain-wind/thunderstorm was likely in central districts of Balochistan at isolated places during evening and night, the PMD said.
According to the synoptic situation, continental air was prevailing over most parts of the country.
During the last 24 hours, hot and dry weather prevailed in most parts of the country, and very hot in southern parts. Dadu remained the hottest place in the country on Tuesday with temperature surging up to 47 degrees Celsius.
