ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian left Islamabad for home on Monday night after completing a day-long visit to Pakistan, Dunya News reported.
Additional Foreign Secretary for Afghanistan and West Asia Rahim Hayat Qureshi bid farewell to Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian at the Noor Khan Airbase.
During the visit, Iranian FM Abdollahian held meetings with his Pakistani counterpart Jalil Abbas Jilani, caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir.
FM Abdollahian also visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the visit. On this occasion, talks were held between the foreign ministers of Pakistan and Iran at the delegation level.
