ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Dr Asif Hussain was assigned additional charge as the acting secretary by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in the absence of Secretary Umar Hameed.
Hameed is currently unfit to fulfill his duties due to illness.
