LAHORE (Dunya News) – A division bench of the Lahore High Court is hearing the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman’s applications against cancellation of bails in seven cases, including Jinnah House attack, today (Tuesday).
The PTI chairman submitted in his petition that he was being politically victimised. He was sentenced on Aug 5 in the Toshakhana case. He was arrested soon after the cancellation of his bail.
The petitioner requested the court to consider his pleas on merit.
It may be recalled that an anti-terrorism court had cancelled PTI chief’s bails in seven cases pertaining to May 9 mayhem registered against him.
