Man killed, nephew injured in Darya Khan shooting

A marriage proposal dispute was said to be the cause of firing
DARYA KHAN (Dunya News) - A man was killed and his nephew injured after rivals opened fire on them in Lak Kalan area of Darya Khan on Sunday, police said.
Farooq and his nephew were riding a motorbike when they were targeted by their rivals over marriage proposal dispute.
Farooq, who received bullets in his head, died instantly, while his nephew was shifted to a hospital in a critical condition.
A police team aided by forensic experts lifted necessary evidence from the crime scene. The body was shifted for autopsy and investigation was launched.
