ISLAMABAD (Online) - In spite of the fact that actor Rani Mukerji and producer-director Aditya Chopra's daughter Adira is eight now, she has never been publically photographed (except one time when she was with her dad). As it is well-known in the industry, Adi as Rani's husband is fondly called, is an extremely private person and is rarely seen in the public eye.
In a recent interaction on Kareena Kapoor's show 'What Women Want', Rani opened up on how she has managed to keep her daughter away from the media glare, all these years. When Kareena exclaimed that she is sure that it entails a super power to do that, the Mardaani actor replied, "No, super power. I just very sweetly tell them (paps), please don't take baby's photos and they don't. They are very sweet. And they have been like this right from the very beginning. Because they know Adi is a private person, I'm a private person."
Rani also spoke about how she and her husband try to give Adira as normal a childhood as possible. She added, "For me it was very important for Adira to have a normal upbringing in school. Because already there is so much attention that a child normally gets, when you are a child of famous parents. It was important for me to make Adira realise she isn't special because of who she is born to. She has to make herself special with what she would do in life."
