Govt busy in launching operation to demolish Jati Umrah, claims Atta Tarar

Attaullah Tarar said that a number of containers sent by the government have arrived in Jati Umrah.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Attaullah Tarar has said that the government is busy in launching operation to demolish Jati Umrah, the residence of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in Raiwind near Lahore, Dunya News reported.
Attaullah Tarar said that a number of containers sent by the government have arrived in Jati Umrah for the operation to bring down the residence of former prime minister.
Meanwhile a large number of PML-N workers and leaders including Azma Bukhari reached Jati Umrah on the direction of Attaullah Tarar and forced the container drivers to clear the road.
On the other hand, police have said that the presence of containers in the area have nothing to do with Jati Umrah. Police said that the containers were diverted towards Jati Umrah by traffic police due to road blockades in Lahore.
