Sialkot: Al-Rehman garden declared illegal, sealed
SIALKOT (Dunya News) - The district administration has declared Al-Rehman Garden illegal and sealed it, preventing from sale and purchase operation.
A statement issued by the administration said that the owners of Al-Rehman Garden had not taken a formal NOC for the housing society and were issued notice from Tehsil Council a few days back.
The owners of Al-Rehman Garden were also buying and selling the land in colony illegally.
The district administration said that the owners of the colony have changed its name to Al-Rehman Garden, which could lead to fraud against innocent citizens.
