LHC expresses dissatisfaction over NAB DG's answer on plea against chairman's authority

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Lahore High Court (LHC) Thursday conducted hearing on Chaudhry brothers’ petition challenging the authority of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman.
Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and Justice Shehram Sarwar heard the case as NAB Lahore DG Shahzad Saleem appeared before the court.
Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan expressed dissatisfaction over the NAB Lahore DG’s answer and reprimanded him for not coming after preparation. He asked that when the inquiry against Chaudhry brothers started.
Justice Shehram Sarwar inquired from Shahzad Saleem that when he examined the inquiry against Chaudhry brothers. The NAB Lahore DG could not give any satisfactory answer to the court.
The LHC ordered Shahzad Saleem to come prepared during the next hearing on November 30.
