Father of PML-N leader Daniyal Aziz passes away
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Former federal minister and father of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Daniyal Aziz, Anwar Aziz Chaudhry, passed away in Lahore after prolonged illness on Sunday.
Mehnaz Akbar Aziz, Member National Assembly, took to the twitter to make the announcement regarding the death of her father-in-law Anwar Aziz Chaudhry.

Anwar Aziz Chaudhry was a politician and a swimmer. He competed in three events at the 1948 Summer Olympics. He was a member of the National Assembly and federal minister. He served as the Punjab home minister.
In 1990 he served as the federal minister of railways & law. He also served as the federal minister of defense.
