Two suspects shot dead in judicial lockup of Lahore's sessions court

The victims were brothers and under arrest.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Two suspects – Riyasat Nazir and Bilal Nazir – were shot dead in Bakhshikhana (judicial lockup) of Lahore’s sessions court. The victims were brothers and under arrest.

The suspects were taken to the court for hearing. Heavy contingents of police and Rescue 1122 reached the incident spot afterwards. The suspect who opened fire in the court was arrested and identified as Kafeel.

Punjab Inspector General Inam Ghani took notice of the incident while Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Umar Sheikh summoned report of the occurrence. It is pertinent here to mention that a case of murder was lodged against the deceased at the Nishter Colony Police Station.
