Police arrest house maid accused of stealing foreign currency worth Rs9.6 million
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Police have arrested the house maid who stole foreign currency worth Rs9.6 million from employer in the federal capital.
According to police, the incident took place in a private housing society in the area of Lohi Bher police station. A woman accused of stealing Rs9.6 million from a house was arrested.
Police have recovered Rs9.6 million in domestic and foreign currency from the possession of the accused. Accused Iqra Maryam had escaped after stealing the money. After which the maid was arrested with the help of CCTV and technical grounds.
