Nawaz vulnerable to coronavirus in London, should return to Pakistan: Dr Yasmin Rashid
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid has said that Nawaz Sharif has regained his health and so far, there has been no report about his disease. She said the former prime minister is in danger of contracting coronavirus in London, therefore he should return to Pakistan.
Dr Yasmin Rashid said that we treated Nawaz Sharif’s platelets deficiency very well, but he left the country after recovering as he wanted to get his heart disease treated by his own doctor in London.
She said that when Nawaz Sharif was under our supervision, a board of 10 doctors was formed and his treatment was started according to their reports.
Talking about the coronavirus situation in the province, she said that Punjab is faring well against the outbreak, with less than 100 new cases being reported daily while dengue cases are also relatively low.
Regarding the opposition’s announcement of holding countrywide rallies, she said that October is an easy time to hold rallies, passionate people can do it even in the heat of summer.
