PM, President and Army Chief expresses grief over the demise of Mufti Naeem
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi and Army Chief Qamar Javed Bajwa expressed grief over the sudden demise of prominent cleric Mufti Naeem.
On the sudden demise of Mufti Naeem Special Assistant to Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, Shahbaz Gill has said in his tweet that Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of prominent cleric Mufti Naeem.
Prime Minister also offered his condolences to the deceased’s family.
Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has also expressed grief over the demise of senior religious scholar Mufti Naeem.
According to a statement issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has prayed that may Allah grant high status to the deceased and may Allah give courage to the family of the deceased to bear the loss.
President Dr Arif Alvi has also expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the death of prominent religious scholar and head of Jamia Binoria International Muhammad Naeem.
In his condolence message, the president prayed for the high ranks of the departed soul and expressed sympathies with the bereaved family.
According to a press release, the president said the religious services of late Mufti Naeem would always be remembered. Family of late Mufti Muhammad Naeem in Karachi told media that the prominent cleric died on way to hospital.
