Taufeeq Umar recovers from coronavirus.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Former Pakistan Test batsman and junior selection committee member Taufeeq Umar has recovered from coronavirus, Dunya News reported.
The 38-year-old had quarantined himself at home for 14 days after he was tested positive for COVID-19 and has overcome the disease. He said he has completely recovered and urged all to take precautionary measures.
Taufeeq Umar said if someone tests positive for COVID-19, they should isolate themselves at home and focus on increasing immunity instead of getting panicked.
Let it be known that the left-hander played 44 Tests and 22 ODIs for Pakistan. He scored 2,963 and 504 runs respectively.
