Barber shops, Fitness centers and Beauty parlors to remain closed in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Islamabad administration has decided to close down fitness centers, beauty parlors and barber shops due to the rampant spread of coronavirus in the city. New SOPs have been issued in this regard.
The instructions issued by the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad say that there would be complete lockdown in Islamabad on Saturday and Sunday while all markets and shops would be allowed to open from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
It is believed that hundreds of cases of coronavirus are being reported daily in Islamabad. In view of the threat of the virus spreading further, the district administration has issued new SOPs with strict instructions.
The administration has issued a notification to close all barber shops, beauty parlors and fitness centers in Islamabad and directed full implementation of the ban.
