ATC denies bail of Five suspects in Naqib Ullah murder case
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Karachi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has rejected the bail of five suspects involved in Naqib Ullah s murder.
The case of Naqib Ullah s murder was heard in the anti-terrorism court in which the court denied bail of the five accused, including policemen Muhammad Anar, Faisal and Khizar Hayat.
Former Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Malir Rao Anwar and three witnesses were not produced in the court. The hearing of the case was adjourned till June 23.
