PSX again closes negative after losing 28.41 points

KSE-100 Index closed today at 33870.15 points as compared to 33898.56 points on the last working day

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a downward trend on Friday with the benchmark KSE-100 index fell 28.41 points and hitting 33,870 points, Dunya News reported.

The KSE-100 Index closed today at 33870.15 points as compared to 33898.56 points on the last working day with a negative change of 28.41 points.

The total turnover was 115,228,160 as compared to 137,994,720 on the last working day with Lottee Chemical having the highest turnover of 18,392,500.

Total 367 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 136 recorded gain and 207 sustained losses whereas the share price of 24 companies remained unchanged.

Unilever Foods recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 299.50 rupees while Philip Morris Paksitan recorded maximum decrease of 152.50 rupees.
