We must move ahead with positive thinking: CJP
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Asif Saeed Khosa on Saturday said judges perform their duty with honesty. He said majority people discussing court rulings do not read the full verdict.
Addressing the launching ceremony of a book “History of Pakistan Reinterpreted” written by Senator S.M Zafar at a local hotel, he said the success in advocacy lies in only hard work.He said nothing possible if we continue to do hard work with positive thinking. He said we must move ahead with positive thinking.
He said judges must provide justice by their decisions, adding that in past lawyers used to fight cases with their intellect but this is not happening now. He said unfortunately cases are much more now.
He said senior lawyer S.M. Zafar was a great personality when I started practicing law. CJP said I instructed my students to follow S.M Zafar, adding that it is an honor to write some pages of his book.
He said S.M Zafar in his book has covered thorough review of history of Pakistan.
He said judges are performing well in model courts
