Special teams confiscate 2.5 million polythene bags in Islamabad

The special teams are visiting different localities of Islamabad on daily basis.

(Web Desk) – Special teams constituted by the Ministry of Environment have conducted raids in different areas of Islamabad and confiscated 2.5 million polythene bags in different operations.

Under the Clean and Green Pakistan campaign, polythene bags have been completely banned in Islamabad since August 14.

The special teams are visiting different localities of Islamabad on daily basis for checking shops and big stores regarding polythene bags.
