Will protest against the new budget: JI chief Siraj-ul-Haq

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer, Senator Siraj-ul-Haq criticized the new budget saying that new budget is the worst in history of Pakistan. He announced to protest against the next financial year budget in each part of the country including the House.
Addressing to a budget seminar in Islamabad, JI Ameer expressed that economic stability is very important for political stability. Government has also trapped the nation in a devastating torture, he added. Two or three unselected people are deciding the fate of 220 million people of Pakistan, he continued.
He asserted that Prime Minister Imran Khan claimed to use ‘tit for tat’ scheme for everyone which is a very shameful thing. He added that the government thinks that their role is just to ensure peace in the region while financial responsibility is of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), education responsibility is of Department for International Development (DFID) while World Health Organization (WHO) has to take the responsibility of health sector in Pakistan.
JI chief advised the government to learn to have some patience. “Entire economic system is on ventilator due to government’s weak economic team”, he asserted.
