PM Imran, Saudi Crown Prince agree to exchange views on mutual interest matters

MAKKAH (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan met Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman on the sidelines of the 14th Islamic Summit in Makkah al-Makarrmah. Both the leaders discussed current state of bilateral political, economic and trade relations. They agreed to expedite decisions taken during the visit of Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman to Pakistan in February this year, in particular early implementation of decisions taken during the first meeting of the Supreme Coordination Council. They also agreed to regularly exchange views on all issues of mutual interest. Prime Minister Imran also thanked the Saudi government for extending oil facility to Pakistan on deferred payments. Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan met Egyptian President Abdul Fattah Al Sisi and exchanged views on the whole range of mutual and international matters. Matters pertaining to the issues being faced by Muslim Ummah came under discussion. The two leaders agreed to comprehensively upgrade cooperation in all fields. Prime Minister Imran Khan also had a meeting with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Makkah. They deliberated on the Pak-Afghan relations and regional situation.
