Nishwa case: Court orders to continue hearing

The prosecution had declared all other accused except Agha Moeez and Ms Sobia innocent.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – In yet another important development in Nishwa case, court on Tuesday while declaring the five accused responsible ordered to continue hearing of the case.
Court took up the case pertaining to the death of minor Nishwa after being administered wrong injection.
During the proceedings, the court after recording the statement of Nishwa’s father declared five accused Agha Moeez, Ms Sobia, Amir Chishti, Ali Farhan and Dr Shahzad responsible for her death.
The court further ordered to continue hearing the case and also ordered to submit surety bonds worth Rs5 million for the release of the accused.
The prosecution had declared all other accused except Agha Moeez and Ms Sobia innocent.
Nishwa’s father told the court that an agreement was reached with the hospital administration following which the hospital would establish a Nishwa ward where patients would be treated free of cost with Rs5 million.
He told that a scholarship would be given to one student every year.
