LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab government transferred Director General of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Amna Imran Khan and posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) while Chief Operating Officer (COO) Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Usman Moazzam was named her replacement on Monday.

Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) sent a list of three panelists to Chief Minister Usman Buzdar which suggested Usman Moazzam, Bushra Aman and Nadeem Sadiq for the new DG LDA post.

Provincial CM brought Usman Moazzam into effective action by evaluating all of the panelists on their merit and performances. Many Assembly members and public also made their reservations on the performance of Amna Imran Khan.

In February, Prime Minister Imran Khan also ordered the change of DG LDA. Government did not transfer her or even made a decision as court placed a stay order on her which was vacated today.

Punjab government finally announced her transfer after the stay order was uplifted by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

S&GAD issued a notification which stated the appointment of Usman Moazzam as the replacement.
