Incoming Japanese Ambassador calls on COAS

The envoy appreciated Pakistan’s contributions for conflict prevention in the region.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Incoming Japanese Ambassador to Pakistan, Kuniori Matsuda Friday called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters.
In a statement issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters of mutual interest including regional security issues came under discussion during the meeting.
The two noted the exceptional mutual relations between both countries and pledged to further improve the same.
The visiting dignitary acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan’s contributions for conflict prevention in the region.
