After petroleum products, price of LPG increases by Rs3

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Following an increase in the prices of petroleum products, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) prices were hiked by Rs3 per kilogram on Monday.

As per the details, Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) increased the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs3 per kilogramme.

According to a notification, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has fixed the LPG price at Rs133 per kg. With an increase of Rs40, domestic cylinder will now be sold for Rs1564.

Earlier on Sunday, the government had increased petroleum product prices for the month of April 2019.

According to notification issued on Sunday, petrol price has been increased Rs6 per litre, whereas the price of High Speed Diesel increased by Rs6.

The prices of kerosene oil and light diesel oil has also been increased by Rs3 and Rs3 respectively.

Previously, Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) had recommended the government to increase price of motor spirit (petrol) by Rs11.92 per liter and high speed diesel (HSD) by Rs11.17 per liter for April 2019.

In monthly review for April, the OGRA had also proposed an increase of Rs6.65 per liter in price of kerosene oil and Rs6.50 per liter increase in light diesel oil (LDO) price.
