The bizarre complaint left the police station in-charge in a fix

(Web Desk) – For police, finding stolen objects is all in a day’s work or more. But they were left flummoxed when a student from India’s Nagpur city came to them with a ‘heartfelt’ complaint, saying a girl on his college campus had stolen his heart and could they find it?

According to Indian media reports, the youth wanted to file a complaint stating that a girl has “stolen” his heart and the policemen should get it back.

The girl has stolen my heart and since she is refusing to acknowledge it, police should find my stolen heart,” said the student in his complaint to police.

The bizarre complaint left the police station in-charge in a fix. The policeman contacted his superiors for advice in dealing with the matter.

Senior officers informally discussed the issue and came to the conclusion that there is no section under Indian laws that deals with such a complaint.

Finally, the policemen told the youth they don’t have a solution to his problem and turned him away.
