Says govt's indecision about IMF programme is detrimental for country's economy
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former prime minister and PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi claimed that PTI govt’s spokesman Dr Farrukh Saleem has pointed out that the country’s economic condition is in a dire state.
He, with other PML-N’s leaders, was addressing a press conference in the federal capital.
Abbasi said there is no need to launch any movement against the incumbent government as it is near to collapse.
He said that the govt is lying about the current situation of Pakistan’s economy, as the inflation is skyrocketed in last four months. The PTI govt has ruined the economic condition of the country, he added.
While answering a question about Federal Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda he slammed his remarks about PAC.
Former prime minister said that the govt’s indecision about IMF programme is detrimental for country’s economy, as the PTI govt must be taken a decision in September in this regard, he added.
When asked about the NAB’s notification, he said I did not receive any notice yet.
