NAB recovers Rs 188 million, performance report of 2018 outlines

NAB's regional office of KP reveals its performance report of the year 2018
PESHAWAR (Dunya News): The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) regional office of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has revealed its performance report of the ongoing year 2018.
Reportedly, the report mentioned successful recovery of Rs 188 million.
The report further stated that 26 references were filed in total and verdicts had been announced in 12 of them.
Moreover, 185 cases are pending in courts and three references were withdrawn.
Furthermore, green light was given to investigating teams in 43 cases while 41 of them were completed successfully.
Besides, 69 inquiries have been completed from the total 230.
According to the report, 176 inquiries are pending and 13 another were shut down.
Additionally, inquiries were launched in 197 complaints of the total 475 in the year 2018.
