OGRA allows SNG to recover Rs44.74 bn under shortfall adjustment

The aim of these gas short fall adjustment is to recover Rs44.74 billion from consumers.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Wednesday has allowed to Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) to make suitable gas shortfall adjustment.

The aim of these gas short fall adjustment is to recover Rs44.74 billion from consumers, the statement of the issued orders revealed.

Moreover, the statement also disclosed that under this order the gas price will increase by Rs106 per MMBTU otherwise its prices was Rs30.62 per MMBTU.
